Terms of service
The short version of the agreement between you and PlusWise.
What PlusWise is (and isn’t)
PlusWise is a business diary for small trade teams: clients, jobs, invoices, expenses, inventory and reports in one place, with an AI assistant that acts on your data only when you confirm.
PlusWise is not accounting software. It builds money clarity — invoices, expenses, VAT tracking, cash and profit reporting — but it does not file MTD/HMRC returns, payroll or CIS. Your accountant (and tools like Xero, which we sync to) remain the source of truth for filing.
Founding beta
PlusWise is in founding beta. Core business management is live and solid; some integrations (such as Xero sync) are rolling out. During the beta we may change or improve features, and we publish a changelog so you can see what shipped.
Founding members lock today’s price for the life of their subscription. The price is per business, never per seat.
Your account and data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for keeping your credentials safe. You may cancel at any time from settings; after cancellation you can export your data, and deletion follows the process described in our Privacy policy (immediate lock-out, physical purge after a 30-day grace window).
Fair use
The AI assistant has per-tier usage limits, shown in settings. Automated abuse, reselling access to unauthorised users, or attempting to bypass those limits may result in suspension.
Liability
PlusWise is provided “as is” during the beta. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot exclude by contract.
